This Weeks Links/Health Update

Hi guys.  Sorry that we're starting off a a bit late this week (this post was supposed to go up yesterday).  Today is my first day back at work after Thanksgiving break and I'm just not ready.  I had a a tough break health wise and I'm still not feeling 100%.  I spoke about what I was going through back in September but it turns out I was misdiagnosed.

So what I really have is Psoriasis. I'm not totally comfortable talking about it.  I'm kind of just frustrated and overwhelmed with what is going on with my body.  One day I'm fine and the next day I'm experiencing a flare-up. Thankfully, I'm a lot better then what I was during the summer time, granted the sunburn is gone, but when I experience a flare-up it really knocks me out.  Now that I've learned a lot more about the disease, I've decided to make a lot of lifestyle changes.  I am aware that it could be worst.  Trust me, I've googled it.  Thankfully, I haven't experienced the severity of it.  How I feel on the inside is what concerns me more, which is why I decided to make these changes.  I'm cutting out a lot of things from my diet, including meat and alcohol. Just until I figure out what my triggers are or maybe for good.  Who knows?  I just know that I want to do what it takes to feel better and that begins with what I put in my body.  God will take care of the rest.  I wanted to quickly mention this.  Just because I don't like talking about it doesn't mean that I shouldn't share which is why I did.  I can't forget this blog post by Naty (get used to me mentioning her because she is amazing), where she talks about her skin battles.  I remember reading that and feeling like I wasn't alone.  I just keep thinking, what if someone reading this is going through the same thing?  Maybe I can bring awareness to how serious this disease is or lend an ear to someone who feels like they are not being understood.  Whatever it is, I'm here for you!

That being said, lets get down to the good stuff.  Good news is that a lot of the Cyber Monday sales were extended.  That's exciting since I didn't really get to take advantage of them.  So here's the sales that are still going on:
