Houndstooth Blanket Scarf

Happy Thanksgiving!  I'm still in my pajamas when I should already be dressed but first things first.  THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE.  I do nothing until it's over - family tradition.  Now that its over, time for a quick post!

Houndstooth Blanket Scarf (identical Target find!) | Zara Sweater |  Jeans | Shoemint Ankle Booties | Forever 21 Earrings (super old; similar here) | Stila Lipstick in Fiery

This is my favorite blanket scarf everrrrrr.  To think that I bought this just because I was cold one day.  Now I can't live without it!  It sort of reminds me of something my mother would have worn in the 90's.  If you want, swipe on a red lip to up the chic factor like I did here.  You can never go wrong with a classic pattern and some red lipstick!  I wore it last fall to a concert with my mom and again during the winter for a walk around my neighborhood.  Its just the perfect addition to any outfit.

It's funny, I just noticed that I wore this sweater + blanket scarf last year with leather leggings.  I must really love this combo.  It makes sense, this sweater is probably one of my favorite Zara buys.  I got it dirt cheap during one of their sales and I definitely have gotten my moneys worth.  These gold "door knocker" earrings are so old.  I got them at Forever 21 years ago and I think they go great with the houndstooth pattern.  I must have really been feeling the 90's this day.  lol.

Before I go, I just want to take a moment to express my thanks.  I am thankful for many things, especially for my amazing family and friends.  I don't want to keep you here all day, just know that I love you all and am thankful for each and every one of you who have supported me this year with my blog. You know who you are.  It's about to be a year since I've started this crazy blogging journey and I would have not made it this far without your support.  I'll be sharing more things I'm thankful for on my Snapchat (xoxoFrancheska) throughout the day. Tell me, what are some things you're thankful for this year?

xoxo,

Francheska
