Grey Leather Jack + Nike Roshe One

I kept it super comfy and simple for brunch and a walk around NoLIta (NOrth of Little ITAly) the other day.  I really wish I would have bundled up a little more than what I did.  It was soooooo cold, but hugs from Giselle kept me warm and toasty.  Coffee and pancakes were followed by a short walk straight for dessert at Rice to Riches.  Because whats brunch without dessert?  :)

Leather Jacket (old; similar here and here | Turtle neck | Distressed Jeans | Nike Roshe One Sneakers | Le Spec Sunglasses | Daily Look Bag (sold out)

Although not very warm, I love the look and fit of this leather jacket that Mike got me for Christmas a couple years back.  It isn't your typical black or brown leather jacket, which is what I would have gravitated towards if I had bought this myself.  The minute I opened it up, I was in love.  I love the buckle at the neck and that the zipper is a little off centered.  These little details are totally up my alley.  You can't walk comfortably for hours unless you have a good pair of sneakers on your feet.  These are my favorite and I want them in more colors.  I have my eye on the mulberry and pink ones next!

I'm so happy that I got to venture out and spend time with my aunt and baby cousin.  Let me tell you something, this little redhead is a trip.  I seriously cannot get enough of her.  I'm still laughing over the way she raised her hand and shouted "pancakes!" to the waiter.  You HAD to be there to find it funny, I know.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a good night.  I'm off to bed now!
