Today I'm going to share three Thanksgiving Day outfits that are comfy and so easy to pull off. As a matter of fact, I pretty sure you already have these items in your closet!
The Over-sized Sweater
Of course, the oversized sweater. Did you really think I wouldn't mention it? Besides the pops of color, my favorite part of this outfit is the mix of all the textures. It's too easy to just throw on a sweater and leggings. Keep your outfit interesting with different materials like I did here with knit, velvet, and leather. Baby blue may seem like an unlikely choice to pair with burgundy but it's one of my favorite color combinations.
The Shift Dress
The weather has been unusually warm for November, but I'm not complaining. I hope the Indian summer sticks around because something like this is what I had in mind to wear. A shift dress is fancy but loose, which is great because you'll be eating a lot, right? Chocolate brown OTK boots (skip the tights!), an olive mini cross-body, and gold jewelry are the perfect accessories to compliment the mustard dress.
This poncho is such a statement! I really love it, I just might buy it for myself. I think its super festive and the pattern is perfect for Thanksgiving. We're keeping everything else simple in black, but again, play with textures to keep it interesting. Corduroy skinny jeans are my favorite thing to wear during the holiday because they are dressier then jeans but just as comfy.
I hope this helps some! I know with the hustle and bustle of the holidays the last thing people are thinking of is what they're going to wear. Unless of course you're me!
