Olive Green + Black

My extended weekend is almost over and I definitely am not ready to go back to work.  Monday, as we all know, was Columbus Day.  I took advantage and took off today and yesterday to spend it with my God-daughters before they move away.  Before I head out the door to pick my girlies up, I wanted to share with you this outfit.

Black Shirt c/o T.J. Maxx | Zara Cargo Pants (similar here) | Chinese Laundry Peep-toe Booties (similar here) | Zara Leather Jacket (worn here & heresimilar option) | Dolce and Gabbana Sunglasses c/o Ditto

As much as I've stated that I hate the color green, I've been wearing it more then ever lately.  I might go as far as saying that maybe olive green can even be considered a neutral.  Yes, I think we should all agree on that and forget that I ever said I hated it.  Obviously I had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm thinking about pairing these cargos with an oversized navy sweater and some oxblood booties next.  What do you think?  Even this pink and gray cardigan would look great with them.  I think this means I have to go shopping because now I want all of the above.  The possibilities really are endless so buy yourself a pair of olive green pants and thank me later.  Oh! And you remember this leather jacket from earlier in the year, right?  I love it just as much as I did when I first bought it.  MAJOR staple in my closet.

Hope you guys enjoyed this look!
